When it comes to service, clients are quick to complain and never compliment. I would like to say thank you to Jamiela for assisting me on behalf of my husband. She went above and beyond and kept to her promise that she would call me back after 1:30pm. Thank you for your awesome telephone etiquette and also for listening to me and not disrupting me when I was explaining the situation to you. I felt valued, respected and your kind ways assisted me in not feeling so stressed out and about to cry cause I was not seeing the light today.
